These terms and conditions apply to all agreements made with Delightful AB through our online shop at www.delightfulhair.co.uk. By placing an order, you accept these terms. These apply exclusively to consumers.
Orders from individuals under the age of 18 are considered cash purchases and require guardian consent.
✔ All prices are in GBP and include 20% VAT
✔ Prices and availability are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, or technical errors
✔ If a pricing or product description error is discovered, we will contact you for confirmation before processing the order
All website content, including text, images, product names, and design elements, is the property of Delightful AB or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission
✔ Your personal data is used solely to process your order and maintain customer service
✔ You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time

✔ You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after completing your purchase
✔ A shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow when your package leaves our warehouse
Shipping times & fees
✔ Orders placed before 16:00 (weekdays) are shipped the same day
✔ Standard delivery time: 2–3 business days
✔ Shipping fee: £5.99 per order
Unclaimed parcels
✔ If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of £12 will be charged for return shipping and handling
Once a shipment is marked as "delivered" by the courier (e.g., UPS or PostNord), the delivery is considered complete and responsibility transfers to the customer.
✔ If you have not received the parcel despite the delivery status, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation
✔ We are not liable for parcels confirmed delivered to the correct address unless clear evidence of carrier error is provided
✔ You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order
✔ Products may be opened, but the hygiene seal (band around the hair) must remain unbroken
✔ We can provide a return QR code via email (cost £4.99), which will be deducted from the refund
✔ Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout
✔ Exchanges are not supported – for a different product, place a new order and return the original item
✔ If you keep a free gift but return other items, the full value of the gift and shipping will be deducted from the refund
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
✔ If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return it and receive a new replacement
✔ The item must be returned in full, even if used
✔ This guarantee allows for one replacement per order and does not cover refunds
Exceptions:
✔ If the tape does not adhere properly, this is not covered by the satisfaction guarantee
✔ In such cases, we will provide new replacement tape at no cost

We offer a 30-day warranty from the purchase date to ensure product quality
Warranty breakdown
✔ Days 1–9: Delivery and application
✔ Days 10–23: Time to detect manufacturing defects
✔ Days 24–30: Time to return the product if needed

Under UK consumer law, you may make a complaint up to 6 years from purchase if a manufacturing fault is present. After 30 days, the customer must prove the fault existed at purchase.
✔ Hair extensions are considered consumables – faults should be evident within 14 days of installation
✔ Complaints after 30 days will only be accepted if confirmed by our technical analysis
✔ Damage from normal wear, improper care, or chemical treatments (e.g., colouring) is not covered
✔ Standard hair lasts up to 6 months with proper care
✔ Premium hair can last up to 2 years
✔ Always follow care instructions and avoid excessive heat, moisture, or chemical treatment
✔ Free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty
✔ If you return part of your order but keep a free gift, the full value of the gift and any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
✔ If a free gift is faulty upon arrival, it can be replaced
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
✔ Carrier or logistics delays
✔ System or payment disruptions
✔ Natural disasters or force majeure events
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible
✔ We reserve the right to change these terms at any time
✔ Updates will be posted on our website
✔ The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply
