The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements made with Delightful AB (Delightful Hair). By completing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms apply only to consumers placing orders via our online webshop at www.delightfulhair.co.uk. Orders made by individuals under the age of 18 are considered cash purchases and require a guardian’s approval.
We reserve the right to final sale and any image or typographical errors on the website, including but not limited to:
✔ Product descriptions or technical specifications.
✔ Incorrect pricing and price adjustments (e.g., supplier price changes or currency fluctuations).
✔ Availability errors (incorrect stock status).
If an item you have ordered is incorrectly priced, we will notify you and await your approval before proceeding with the order.
All webshop content is owned by Delightful AB or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property and market laws. Trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, and information may not be copied or used without our written consent.

We offer a 30-day warranty from the purchase date to ensure you receive a high-quality product.
✔ Up to 9 days – Delivery and hair installation.
✔ Up to 14 days after installation – Time to detect any manufacturing defects.
✔ Up to 7 additional days – Opportunity to return the product.
👉 After 30 days, the warranty expires.
If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to compensation as follows:
✔ If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with a new, equivalent product.
✔ If only the tape is defective (e.g., it does not stick), we will send new tape – not a full hair replacement.
✔ The entire hairpiece must be returned for the warranty to apply.
💡 Examples of valid complaints:
✅ The hair is defective upon delivery.
✅ The hair deteriorates significantly within a short period despite proper care.
✅ The tape does not adhere properly despite correct application.

✔ UK Customers: We will provide a return label via email for a free return.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to complain about a product for up to 6 years if the item is faulty. However, after 30 days, the burden of proof is on you to show that the defect existed at the time of purchase.
📌 Since hair extensions are a consumable product, any manufacturing defects should be detectable within 14 days after installation.
✔ After 30 days, a complaint will only be approved if our analysis confirms a production issue.
If you wish to file a complaint after 30 days:
✔ The item must be returned to us for analysis.
✔ A claim will only be approved if we confirm a manufacturing defect.
✔ If the issue is due to wear and tear, improper care, or chemical treatment (such as coloring), no compensation will be provided.
🔹 Standard hair lasts up to 6 months with proper care.
🔹 Premium hair is more durable and can last up to 2 years.
🎁 Items received as a free gift when reaching a certain purchase amount cannot be returned, exchanged, or covered by a warranty.
⚠️ If you return other products from your order but keep the free gift, the full price of the gift, as well as the shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
✔ Shipping delays or disruptions.
✔ Technical errors or payment processing issues.
✔ Natural disasters or other force majeure events.
If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
✔ We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
✔ All changes will be published on our website.
✔ Changes apply from your next purchase or website visit.
