Within 30 days of your purchase

We guarantee that the hair will be of good quality for 30 days after purchase. If you experience that the quality of the hair has deteriorated so much that you need to take it out, you can send it back to us and we will refund you without further questions. These terms must be met in order for the complaint to be approved:
  • It was less than 30 days since the item was received.
  • The whole item is returned to us, we only replace what we receive.
  • The hair must not be dyed (also applies to silver shampoo and colour treatments) or bleached, this is done at your own risk and the warranty then expires.

We do not replace the attaching of the hair as it is not we who perform it. If you have any complaints about the attachment, please contact your hairdresser.


More than 30 days since your purchase

If it has been more than 30 days since you received the product and you believe that the product is defective due to manufacturing defects, you can send it back to us and we will then analyze the hair to see if that is the case. Then attach a full description of the defect on the item. If the fault can not be seen as a manufacturing defect, no compensation will be made.

How to make a complaint

  • Pack the item well in the same package/bag as it came in, alternatively use your own packaging (this must not be larger than the packaging the hair came in).
  • Attach the order confirmation or write down the same information on a sheet and attach it in the package.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method as you chose at the time of payment.
  • Paste our return ticket on the package (you will find it to print on the tracking page) and submit it to the nearest UPS Access Point, the return is then free. If you do not have a return ticket, please contact our customer service and we will send a label to you.
  • We need you to send the hair back within one week after contacting the customer service. Free products/gifts that is not sent back will be charged for with full price + shipping.

I can't get the tape to stick

The most common reason for hair falling out is that you have had too much of your own hair between the pieces of tape. They can then not attach properly to each other and then the hair slips out, especially when you shower and water ends up between the pieces of tape.

However, we would like to compensate you for this by sending you new tape at no cost so that you can reattach your hair. Send us an email and we will send out new tape. We will send the tape to the address you provided when ordering and within 24 hours.


Gift at checkout

Items that you received as a free gift when you reached a certain amount can not be complained about and is sent ot you without a right of complaint or guarantee. NOTE! When returning your other items and not the free item, the full price for the item + shipping will be charged.
