We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase to ensure that you receive a high-quality hair extension.
📌 Up to 9 days – Delivery and application of the hair.
📌 Up to 14 days after application – Time to detect any manufacturing defects.
📌 Up to 7 days thereafter – Opportunity to return the product to us.
📌 After 30 days, the warranty expires.
If you discover a manufacturing defect in the hair within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to compensation:
✔ The product will be replaced with a new, equivalent item.
✔ If only the tape is defective (e.g., it does not stick properly), we will send you new tape – not a whole new set of hair.
✔ The entire hair product must be returned for the warranty to be valid. We can only replace what we receive.
💡 Examples of approved warranty claims:
✅ The hair is defective upon delivery.
✅ The hair quality deteriorates significantly within a short period despite proper care.
✅ The tape does not adhere properly even though the hair has been applied correctly.
Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to file a claim for up to 2 years. However, after 30 days, it is the customer’s responsibility to prove that the defect was present from the start.
Since hair extensions are a consumable product, proving a manufacturing defect after an extended period can be difficult.
📌 If you wish to file a claim after 30 days:
✔ The product must be returned to us for analysis.
✔ The claim will only be approved if we can confirm a manufacturing defect.
✔ If the issue is not determined to be a manufacturing defect (e.g., wear and tear, incorrect maintenance, or chemical treatments), no compensation will be provided.

If you need to file a claim or use the warranty, please contact us before returning the product. We will then provide a return label via email so you can return the item free of charge.
✔ Standard hair lasts up to 6 months, provided it is properly maintained.
✔ Premium hair is more durable and can last up to 2 years with the right care.
Any free gifts received when reaching a certain purchase amount cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed under warranty. These items are provided as a complimentary gift without the right to a complaint or guarantee.

If you return other purchased items but keep the free gift, the full price of the free gift, plus shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
